Meet Vlad, a sweet senior girl who arrived at the Haven of the Ozarks Sanctuary with her brother, Max West, after their lifelong owner passed away. Vlad is thought to be a lab mix, possibly with some hound. She weighs 82 pounds and is estimated to be 9 1/2 years old.
